Refund policy

The products sold by Prince Fashion House are not eligible for any returns/replacements/refunds.

Pls keep any kind of discussion or contact with the company only through email (care@princefashionhouse.com) to avoid any kind of confusion.

We make sure that we pack the products after double check and the packing also is done with utmost care so that you receive the product in pristine condition.

Damages and Issues

Customers are eligible for a replacement only in special cases such as damage during transit for which a 360 degree opening video of the parcel is required without which no claim will be entertained. Pls inform us using the email id of the company within 24 hrs of package delivery. If the time frame is lapsed then the product will not be eligible for returns or replacements. If the return/replacement is accepted by the company, then the customer need to arrange for shipment of the product back to us for which the shipping refund of 50INR to 100INR shall be refunded back to you based on your location.

Replaced/Exchanged products will be delivered within 7 and 10 business days

We do not assure or guarantee the piece to piece replacement. If the same product is available with us, then the replacement of the product will be initiated. Incase of no stock situation of that particular product, Customer will be given a coupon code worth the price paid for the product which can be used for their future purchases( Coupon will be issued with an expiry date of 20 days). We do not provide refunds.

Orders once placed are not eligible for any kind of cancellation. The company Prince Fashion House owns the right to cancel any orders if required. Pls be sure about the size of the product(in cases like bangles before ordering)

All / most of our product's embellishments like stones, pearls, beads etch are hand made by our artisans, hence there are rare chances of transit issues like stones/pearls/beads coming out of the loop of the jewellery which can be easily fixed with glue/hand and these are not considered for return/replacements. Kindly connect with us incase you need assistance in this regards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
